We're a bagel shop, not a data company. This site exists to show you the menu, point you to the ovens, and get an order into your hands. Here's the whole story on what we collect — which is very little.

What we collect

Browsing this site requires no account and no personal information. We use a couple of standard measurement tools — the details are just below — and we don't sell personal information.

Analytics & advertising

We use Google Analytics to see which pages people visit (so the popular stuff gets better) and the Meta pixel, which helps us say hi again on Instagram and Facebook. Both set cookies in your browser and operate under Google's privacy policy and Meta's privacy policy. Not your thing? Most browsers and ad settings can block them — the site (and the bagels) work exactly the same either way.

Ordering & Bella's Bucks

Online ordering, delivery, e-gift cards, and the Bella's Bucks loyalty program run on Toast. Any information you enter there — name, contact, payment — is handled by Toast under the Toast privacy statement. We see what we need to make your food, and that's it.
